Roles & Responsibilities
1. Prioritize and complete projects within the deadline
2. Work with solid knowledge of HR policies and best practices
3. Work with various selection processes like phone interviews and reference checks
4. Conduct different types of interviews (e.g. structured, competency-based, and behavioral)
5. Work with HR databases, applicant tracking systems, and candidate management systems
6. Use psychometric tests and other assessment tools
