Roles & Responsibilities
1. Supervising the day-to-day activities of HR information systems (Darwin Box-DB)
2. Coordinating with DB Team on system/technical issues and resolving the same
3. Understanding the departmental requirements of teams and getting the same implemented/configured in the system
4. Recording and processing employee information/providing necessary employee access
5. Maintaining data integrity in systems by regularly analyzing data
6. Working on reports and report automation using HRMS/HRIS

The Edelweiss internship will be for a period of 6 months.
