Roles & Responsibilities
- Assisting with the talent acquisition process, including working with candidates and team leaders, organising interviews, and preparing offer letters.
- Managing the interview process for candidates.
- Obtaining feedback on the hiring choice from the interview team.
- Organizing the onboarding process with newly recruited candidates.
- Organizing the handover procedure with departing workers.
- Campus onboarding.
- Dealing with normal staff questions.
- Coordinate for employee engagement activity.

This is a work from home internship opportunity.
Duration
The Edelweiss Financial Services internship will be for a period of 2 months.
