Roles & Responsibilities
- Data entry: Enter and update candidate data in the verification database accurately.
- Document Verification: Examine and confirm pertinent documents, including employment records, identity documents, and certificates of education.
- Communication: Arrange for the required verification information by coordinating with applicants, educational institutions, prior employers, and other organizations.
- Quality Check: Prior to final submission, do routine quality checks to guarantee the completeness and correctness of verification data and reports.
- Report Creation: Using the information gathered, compile and provide verification reports.
- Compliance: Verify that all verification procedures follow industry norms, regulatory requirements, and corporate rules.
- Problem Solving: Find inconsistencies or problems in the verification procedure and bring them to the attention of senior team members.
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and security when handling any candidate information.
Requirements
- Ideal candidates should possess a Graduate degree in any stream.
- Although prior experience in customer service/data entry or in a background verification organization is advantageous, it is not necessary.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is crucial.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English, as well as the ability to create official business reports and presentations.
- Proactiveness and the ability to solve problems.
