Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver a WOW customer experience by understanding needs, engaging actively, and ensuring high satisfaction
- Recommend the right products, complementary items, and relevant services to enhance the customer’s sports experience
- Promote sports culture by engaging customers through communities, events, and active participation
- Ensure seamless omnichannel support across in-store, website, and app for complete customer solutions
- Maintain accurate inventory and product availability to support reliable service and delivery
- Create a safe, welcoming, and engaging store layout that enables easy navigation and product testing
- Possess strong knowledge of the complete in-store and online product range to offer the best solutions
- Highlight circular products and sustainability-focused services to customers
