Roles & Responsibilities
1. Working on coordination and encouraging participation in CSR volunteering
2. Driving higher awareness of wellbeing and supervisory skills through EAP programs
3. Working on maintaining houses(yearly calendar of events and inventory of merchandise)
4. Facilitating synergy calls between branch ops and branch banking
5. Planning contests and quizzes to be run on Lumos
6. Maintaining records for invoices and vendor payments
7. Working on MIS maintenance and employee satisfaction
