It has been the market leader for over 20 years. It has manufacturing units in Goa, Vadodara, Ahmednagar, and Baddi. Its products are available in nearly 150,000 retail points across the country. The business is rapidly expanding into new categories and expanding its reach.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Support recruitment activities such as job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Assist in onboarding and orientation programs for new hires
- Provide support in employee relations by addressing queries and basic concerns
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases in MS Excel with accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist with HR compliance by helping update policies, procedures, and documentation
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives focused on employee engagement and retention
- Build and strengthen communication skills through regular interaction with employees and key stakeholders

Duration
The internship will be for a period of 6 months.
