Roles & Responsibilities
- Identifying and sourcing female individuals (graduates, students, homemakers, return-to-work women) for part-time in-store sales and customer service positions
- Creating and implementing local sourcing techniques (social media, employment portals, walk-ins, universities, training facilities, women’s networks, NGOs, and referrals)
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews/store trials with relevant stakeholders
- Keeping track of candidates who have been shortlisted and onboarded
- Assisting in documents, background checks, and onboarding procedures
- Encouraging initiatives for female part-time employees’ engagement and retention
- Monitoring and reporting hiring progress and closure indicators on a daily or monthly basis
- Ensuring that hiring procedures adhere to labor compliance standards and company policies
- Creating a talent pipeline to meet present and future demands for part-time employees
