Roles & Responsibilities
- Examine and share modifications to the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Companies Act of 2013, and the Secretarial Standards with our clientele and the industry.
- To help the tech team develop automation, create papers, checklists, and flowcharts covering the current provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, and LODR, 2015.
- Assist the sales force by demonstrating products.
- Assist our clients with onboarding
