Roles & Responsibilities
- Encourage the hiring procedure for various positions
- Locate possible applicants
- Examine and speak with potential applicants
- Organize the processes of selection and feedback.
- Oversee the new hire onboarding procedure
- Keep up candidate files and records
- Engage with a variety of stakeholders to be an excellent representative of the Clear brand.
- Create and put into action efficient recruitment techniques
