Roles & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (tech, operations, sales, product, etc.) to gather requirements and carry out initiatives.
- Assistance with the documentation of process maps, user flows, and business requirements
- Help in creating thorough user journeys and assessing automation options
- Participate in the planning, testing, and gathering of pilot feedback.
- Monitor project milestones and make sure stakeholders are contacted on schedule.
- Support product and automation goals by doing research and analysis.
- Create documentation, presentations, and reports for internal debates.
