The firm has progressed from a solely online ticketing platform for movies over 6,000 screens to end-to-end administration of live entertainment events such as music concerts, live performances, theatricals, sports, and more, all to worldwide standards.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Help with the upkeep of the major IT infrastructure, which includes servers, email systems, operating systems, security tools, applications, laptops, desktop computers, and other hardware and software systems.
- Encourage everyday IT activities and system enhancements to maximize efficiency and business processes.
- Assist in assessing and investigating new hardware, software, and technologies to keep up with market trends.
- Offer compatibility for a range of operating systems (Mac OS X, Windows, Linux) and widely used programs (Microsoft Office, Adobe, Google Workspace).
- Assist with setting up, configuring, and debugging workstation hardware, software, printers, and phones
- Assist in determining possible system vulnerabilities, evaluating team needs, and proposing enhancements to increase productivity.
- Under the direction of senior team members, participate in the design, documentation, implementation, and testing of the system.
- Monitor system performance, help with software upgrades, and fix technical problems as they arise.
- Offer first-line technical support and assist in educating employees on how to use gear and software.
- Work together with team members to make sure IT systems are operating efficiently and meeting business requirements.
Requirements
- Fundamental understanding of common applications (Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite), operating systems (Windows, Mac OS X, Linux), and IT hardware
- A keen interest in performance monitoring, security tools, and IT systems
- Strong problem-solving abilities and technical troubleshooting skills
- A readiness to acquire and enhance technical abilities in a practical setting
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities for working with coworkers and employees
- Capacity to protect privacy and handle private company data with caution
