Roles & Responsibilities
- Streamline the annual performance management process throughout the organisation.
- Assist with the implementation and execution of essential talent programmes.
- Create and publish leadership dashboards, as well as manage talent analytics.
- Maintain performance process data and work closely with HR partners to address and answer queries.
Location
Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida / Work from home till situation improves.
Duration
The Bharti Airtel internship will be for a period of 2 months.
