About the Internship
Our Recruiting Interns work in a fast-paced recruiting company as part of the Talent Acquisition team. You will be exposed to all aspects of internal recruiting strategy and execution as an intern, working with Recruiters and Sourcers to ensure hiring teams are supported in effectively engaging with applicants and business teams to offer an excellent hiring experience for all parties involved.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assisting in the development of methods to attract prospective new Amazonians interested in learning about job prospects.
- Learning how to find applicants for fascinating roles in a variety of locations ahead of time.
- Help with event planning and logistics, such as recruiting events, leadership trainings, and other activities.
- Learning how to test for applicant fit for a range of professions while honing your abilities in candidate screening and evaluation.
- Assist in the streamlining of external application procedures (events, job boards, etc).
- Inventing fresh approaches to impress prospects.
Basic Qualifications
- ONLY CURRENT UNIVERSITY STUDENTS are eligible for this programme.
- You are currently working towards a 2+ years university degree in HR, economics, social sciences, humanities, or a related field, and have not yet graduated.
- In the nation to which you are applying, you have the right to work indefinitely.
- You’re a natural communicator, both in writing and in person.
- You must be results-oriented, analytical, and able to innovate and simplify current processes and procedures.
- You should be able to make solid decisions and communicate using sound reasoning.
- Evidence of leadership abilities and teamwork – perhaps you were president of a university athletic or social club, or took the lead in charity work or a group project.
