Roles & Responsibilities
- MIS Tracking: Maintain and maintain legal databases, tracking systems, and case management tools to ensure correctness and timely updates. Maintain internal trackers, follow up on action items, and prepare minutes of legal meetings.
- Document Management: Make sure that all legal documents, including as contracts, reports, and communications, are easily accessible and retrieved by organizing and managing them.
- Follow-ups & Coordination: Organize timely follow-ups on outstanding legal matters, progress reports, and document submissions in collaboration with internal teams and outside partners.
- Research Assistance: Support legal decision-making by helping to perform legal research and analysis on certain cases, legislation, and regulations.
- Administrative Support: Draft regular legal letters, create case summaries, and perform any other duties as assigned by senior legal personnel in order to provide the legal team with general administrative support.
