Roles & Responsibilities
- Learning digitization: Provide management and staff with a single dashboard view by integrating several learning platforms.
- Employee data integration: For a single source of truth, combine data from several sources into a Data Lake.
- HR dashboards: Create dashboards for:
- Demographics of the workforce
- Evaluation of skills and gaps
- Monitoring and resolving employee complaints
- Statutory and compliance reporting: To guarantee correctness and prompt submission, automate routine statutory HR reports.
- Digitization of rewards and recognition: Establish a platform for open and easily available R&R nominations, approvals, and employee visibility.
