Roles & Responsibilities

Coordination of DAC actions should be prioritized, including gathering input and following up with kincentric management.
To maximize bandwidth utilization, work on operational calendarization.
Promote the development of GVC channels and GVC learning consumption.
Post session recordings for the Excel, Power BI, and Future Skills series on GVC channels.
Make sure that the CSOD training data is uploaded by the 25th of each month, and send business units (BUs) periodic reminders.
Oversee nominations on Coursera and send out weekly progress reports.
Produce reports on Seamex, CSOD, and GVC tickets.
Compile nominations for Gyanodaya programs and inquire further about participation.
Look into how learning courses are taught.
Offer assistance with the implementation of the digital academy, including SEO competitions, sessions on AI and ML, performance and retention marketing, tracking of catalysts, sessions on Adobe Analytics, and competency training.
Help with session scheduling and research for the HR Academy, Product Academy, and Finance Academy.
Establish a connection with BUs to discuss feedback and learning dashboard usage.
Track completion percentages for HR, IT, sales & marketing, manufacturing, and finance functions by creating weekly COMPASS reports and sharing them with business units.
Plan meetings and provide artwork for the Know Your Business and INSPIRE campaigns.
Monitor the learning consumption of the talent pool by means of reports and collaborate with the Talent team.
Oversee the BCOE newsletter’s educational part.
