Roles & Responsibilities
- Make contact with each HRBP/unit HR to get input on the APCR procedures (what went well and what needs improvement).
- Evaluate all of the input you’ve received and set implementation priorities.
- Work with the BCOE Rewards team to create a project strategy for implementation, and assist the Rewards team in carrying it out.
- Examine the differentiated incentive strategy used this year and make recommendations for modifications that are in line with business requirements for the next APCR 26.
