- Generate insights from research and data regularly
- Define processes and manage customer feedback & grievances
- Work with multiple cross-functional teams with an eye for detail
- Work on program management
- Work on escalation management
- Work on customer queries and responses
- Work on query resolution
- Work on online reputation management

Duration
The Acko General Insurance internship will be for a period of 6 months.
