Roles & Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with customers to address queries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the customer support team to handle client requests and ensure satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized interactions
- Leverage proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi to provide clear and effective communication
- Assist in managing customer accounts and updating relevant information as required
- Work with internal teams to improve processes and enhance overall customer experience
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop customer service skills
