We are a Market Infrastructure Institution (MII) and a crucial part of the capital market structure, providing services to all market participants – exchanges, clearing corporations, depository participants (DPs), issuers, and investors.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and creating content for employee development, engagement, and L&D initiatives
- Support the development, uploading, and tracking of e-learning modules
- Maintain trackers and coordinate training and development activities
- Assist in vendor coordination and management for training programs
- Support data collection, analysis, and reporting requirements
- Help plan and execute virtual and in-person training sessions and engagement events, including scheduling, materials, invites, and follow-ups
- Contribute to organizational development initiatives and long-term employee growth programs
- Provide support for new projects and ongoing initiatives
Stipend
Rs.9,000 – 10,000 / month

The CDSL internship will be for a period of 6 months.
