Roles & Responsibilities
- Work as a part of our customer experience team and help us drive voice of customer projects
- Analyze data and provide us insights and be a part of designing solutions to improve customer experience.
- Bring in new ideas for solving customer problems and share it with the team.
- Partner with multiple internal stakeholders to get data and match your observations with other data sets to bring in actionable insights
- Connect and explain customer issues to internal stakeholders to drive project outcomes
