Roles & Responsibilities
- Sort applications and resumes to find eligible applicants.
- Investigate and actively find candidates using a variety of platforms.
- Keep the applicant tracking system’s candidate records up to date.
- Inform candidates of the status and details of the interview.
- Help with the creation of KPIs and reporting related to hiring.
- Organize interview times for recruiting managers and candidates.
- Encourage student outreach, career fairs, and B-school collaborations, among other campus engagement initiatives.
- Help with outreach, coordination, and onboarding support for Frost Growth Experts (FGE).
- Keep track of recruitment reports and candidate databases.
- Support the Talent Acquisition team with daily administrative and project-related tasks.
Basic Qualifications
- A recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree in business, psychology, human resources, or a similar discipline is desirable.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
- Able to multitask well and pay attention to details.
- AÂ sincere interest in talent management, campus involvement, and recruitment as well as a willingness to learn.
