Roles & Responsibilities

  • Sort applications and resumes to find eligible applicants.
  • Investigate and actively find candidates using a variety of platforms.
  • Keep the applicant tracking system’s candidate records up to date.
  • Inform candidates of the status and details of the interview.
  • Help with the creation of KPIs and reporting related to hiring.
  • Organize interview times for recruiting managers and candidates.
  • Encourage student outreach, career fairs, and B-school collaborations, among other campus engagement initiatives.
  • Help with outreach, coordination, and onboarding support for Frost Growth Experts (FGE).
  • Keep track of recruitment reports and candidate databases.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team with daily administrative and project-related tasks.

Basic Qualifications

  • A recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree in business, psychology, human resources, or a similar discipline is desirable.
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities.
  • Able to multitask well and pay attention to details.
  • A sincere interest in talent management, campus involvement, and recruitment as well as a willingness to learn.
