Roles & Responsibilities

Locate and map possible applicants for important Clinical roles at Apollo O & I on a national level.
Establish and keep up a database with Medical PG Seats, Hospitals that are mapped, and Referral contacts.
Create and maintain a network of prospective consultant oncologists by using relationship-building techniques and proactive market research.
Verify that the interviewing panel completes the Interview Evaluation Forms for every applicant.
Ensure that during open job talks, Resource Requisition Forms are signed and authorized by stakeholders and collected.
Get reference check forms from candidates who have been chosen or decided.
Aim for 90% of hires to come through job boards, employment portals, social media, referrals, and other direct sourcing channels.
Create and put into action plans to improve the efficiency of direct sourcing.
Create and preserve connections with stakeholders and possible candidates.
Maintain constant communication with others in order to create a talent pipeline.
Produce consistent reports regarding the efficacy of direct sourcing, talent mapping, and database updates.
Examine data to spot patterns and enhance hiring practices
Work together with stakeholders and internal teams to comprehend hiring needs and requirements
Work with other departments to coordinate hiring initiatives to guarantee alignment with corporate objectives.
Determine where recruiting methods and procedures need to be improved.
Put improvements into practice to boost productivity and effectiveness
