Roles & Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients via a variety of channels, including email and phone calls, to ensure that their questions are answered promptly and accurately.
- Help clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and general product and service information
- Uphold a high standard of professionalism and guarantee client satisfaction by paying close attention to their issues and coming up with workable solutions.
- Work as a team to address complicated client concerns and escalate issues as needed.
- Maintain thorough and precise records of all communications and transactions with customers in our CRM system.
- Maintain current product knowledge, market trends, and business policies to give clients accurate information.
- Spot process improvement possibilities and make creative suggestions to improve the overall client experience.
