Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for preparation and analysis of performance report.
- Understanding customer objectives, developing and implementing methods to achieve them.
- Internal team coordination and delivery of desired product to stakeholders.
- Internal Process Automation with the help of the tech team.
- Providing strategic performance and review insights.
- Understanding team needs, developing and implementing solutions to meet objectives.
- Planning and organization – the ability to handle various demands on a daily basis and make timely decisions about work priority.
- Client Servicing – Understand the client requirements and provide solutions on time.
- Understand the end product that is required and can create good final product draughts.
- Comfortable working with CRM, Excel and PowerPoint.
Qualifications
- A tech graduate (BA) with 0-1 year of experience (maximum)
- A firm believer in stats and can weave stories around numbers.
- Passionate about devising & executing creative strategies to manage client accounts.
- Aggressive about meeting goals & timelines.
