Roles & Responsibilities
Process Support & Documentation
- Review HR Shared Services models across industries to identify best practices and recommend process improvements
- Update and standardize Desktop Procedures (DTPs) to ensure consistency and clarity
Data Management & Quality Assurance
- Perform data validation checks across HR systems to ensure accuracy
- Support employee file audits to maintain completeness and compliance
Compliance & Policy Research
- Research country-specific HR regulations and assist in developing compliance fact sheets
- Identify and flag gaps between local regulatory requirements and existing processes
Service Delivery & Ticket Analysis
- Analyze service ticket trends to identify recurring issues
- Recommend automation solutions and process improvements based on findings
Cross-Cultural Insights & Enablement
- Study working styles, communication preferences, and workplace expectations of newly transitioned or upcoming countries
- Provide insights to help customize HR services and enable smoother integration
Learning & Development Enablement
- Contribute to the development of onboarding materials and training modules for new employees
Payroll Transition Support
- Assist with payroll migration activities to ensure data accuracy and completeness
- Monitor payroll transition milestones and escalate potential risks or delays
- Recommend process enhancements and automation opportunities to improve payroll efficiency
Eligibility
- Students pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
