Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Providing end-to-end training in accordance with the specified scope for various MAs and international programs.
  2. Complies with established and authorized standards for entering and updating courses and learning objects into the LMS.
  3. Plans offerings, develops course materials, and uploads or retires content in the LMS.
  4. Cases are regularly updated in the case management system to monitor volume and KPI.
  5. Oversees registration, maintains the class roster, and notifies stakeholders on progress.
  6. Enters the feedback from the students in the LMS.
  7. Produces management reports and records as needed.
  8. Resolves or reports LMS problems to the appropriate parties.
  9. Keeps up-to-date information in the LMS so managers and staff may locate relevant learning opportunities.
  10. Organizes training sessions involving participants, instructors, and outside vendors as needed.
  11. Overseeing the non-LMS operations, such as scheduling training sessions, reserving refreshments, hiring instructors, and acquiring training materials.
  12. Assistance with relevant educational resources outside of the LMS.
  13. If necessary, provide RCA on cases.
  14. Provides operational line managers and staff with second line support.
  15. Complies with mandatory regional and international regulations.

Qualifications

  1. Strong logical and analytical abilities.
  2. Accelerated and self-learning skills.
  3. Proactive: looks for chances to promote advancements and keeps going until they are made.
  4. One to two years of administrative experience in an HR or educational setting is preferred.
  5. A bachelor’s degree or anything comparable.0–6 months of human resources experience, ideally in L&D
