Roles & Responsibilities
- Post job positions, set up interviews, and communicate with candidates to help in the hiring process.
- Prepare orientation materials and lead orientation sessions to assist in the onboarding of new hires.
- Assist the HR department in planning events and activities that promote employee engagement.
- Support the upkeep of personnel files and the accurate updating of HR systems.
- Work together with the HR department on performance management duties like giving feedback and conducting staff assessments.
- Support training and development programs by organizing training sessions and monitoring staff advancement.
- Help in promptly and professionally addressing employee questions and concerns.
