About PhonePe
With its headquarters located in Bangalore, India, PhonePe is an Indian digital wallet and e-commerce payment system provider. Burzin Engineer, Rahul Chari, and Sameer Nigam launched it in December 2015. The first payment app developed on a unified payments interface was the PhonePe app, which launched in August 2016.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assists in overseeing the Ethics and POSH case lifecycle by making certain that all reported cases from the PhonePe Group are handled promptly and in accordance with the requirements and expectations of global governance.
- Assists in creating, tracking, and reporting on the organization’s case management metrics and guarantees that the cases on the Case Management Tool are updated proactively.
- Works closely with investigators to drive the process and guarantee prompt case resolution by assisting with the formulation of procedures and other ancillary responsibilities related to Ethics and POSH investigations.
- Participates in the creation and implementation of the Ethics and POSH training and awareness program, which includes creating training materials, delivering them, and keeping track of the sessions.
Requirements
- Professionals in the fields of law, compliance, and chartered accounting with 0–1 year of experience
- Knowledge of POSH investigation techniques and ethics.
- Proficiency in relevant HR, legal, and/or compliance domains will be favored.
Skills required
- Outstanding communication abilities, both in writing and speaking
- Professional, technical, and practical knowledge and skills at the working knowledge level
- Additional knowledge and skills; and the capacity for sound judgment
- Strong time-management and organizing abilities
- The capacity to balance conflicting priorities in a hectic setting.
- Fundamental business IT abilities, such as familiarity with Office Suite/Google Workspace, collaboration apps, etc.
