Roles & Responsibilities
- Help in handling client concerns and promptly resolving problems.
- Work together with the marketing and sales departments to guarantee smooth customer communication.
- Examine consumer data and patterns to increase customer interaction and CRM tactics.
- Encourage the development and execution of initiatives aimed at retaining customers.
- To guarantee data correctness, track and update customer information in the CRM database.
- Help with client satisfaction surveys and feedback collection for enhancements.
- Engage in special projects that enhance the general happiness and experience of customers.
