Roles & Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through relevant recruitment channels to identify qualified profiles
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and interview panels
- Manage candidate communication and follow-ups throughout the recruitment process to ensure a smooth experience
- Post job openings across relevant platforms and build talent pools for current and future hiring requirements
