At the Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IIT Madras), the Office of Global Engagement (OGE) is committed to growing the organization’s global presence and developing cooperative relationships across the globe. OGE actively promotes the growth of IIT Madras’ international presence and partnerships through staff and student exchange programs, collaborative research projects, and international conferences.
Roles & Responsibilities
- To gather information on internationalization practices in Indian and international higher education institutions, conduct in-depth secondary research.
- Gather information using databases, reports, and web searches.
- Condense and arrange the results into structured formats, like short reports or spreadsheets.
- Help project managers with pertinent duties, like gathering case studies and best practice examples.
- Verify the dependability and correctness of the information gathered for the final report.
Requirements
- Expertise with academic databases, search engines, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Fundamental analytical abilities with meticulousness.
- Outstanding communication abilities, both in writing and speaking.
- The capacity to work autonomously while being supervised by project managers.
- We would prefer those who can begin right away.

Chennai, India.
Duration
The IIT Madras internship will be for a period of 2 months.

Stipend: Rs.10,000 / month
