Roles & Responsibilities
- Create effective and captivating text for internal communications, blogs, newsletters, social media, and employer branding efforts.
- Compose interesting job descriptions, personnel showcases, and event announcements that complement Xiaomi’s aesthetic.
- Help with the creation of narrative content, hashtags, and captions for social media sites including Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop and produce films, designs, and other marketing materials.
- Provide concepts for innovative campaigns and assist in their implementation.
- When necessary, use design tools to create simple graphics and make fast modifications.
- Research market trends, rival tactics, and cutting-edge content formats to maintain Xiaomi’s employer branding’s relevance and impact.
- Help the Employer Branding team design and coordinate activities, campaigns, and events that will improve the reputation of Xiaomi India.
Requirements
- Outstanding writing and editing abilities along with a strong understanding of English.
- AÂ creative thinker capable of producing original and captivating content.
- Basic knowledge of design programs such as Adobe Spark, Canva, and others.
- Interest or background in social media administration, branding, or content production.
- The capacity to cooperate with others in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
- Holding a degree in marketing, communications, English, or a similar discipline, or having just finished one.

Bangalore, India.
Duration
The Xiaomi internship will be for a period of 6 months.
