Roles & Responsibilities

1. Managing, overseeing, and directing their group of sales representatives (DSRs) to carry out the local growth goal by taking advantage of opportunities that are handled by:
   – Important geographic areas and channel partners
   – Infrastructure and procedures for sale
2. Organizing and planning:
   – Carrying out the agenda (year operating plan, focal areas and enablers)
   – Establishing goals (monthly targets)
   – Meetings for field reviews
   – Parameters of the driving process
   – Executing trade inputs (schemes, etc.) and trade programs
3. Team management and leadership: 
   – Mentoring the salespeople
   – Relationship building, team learning and growth, and performance management
4. Analysis of data:
   – Examining target regions; touring based on goals; and analyzing area performance
   – Adapting to a competitive setting
