The Hosteller connects a traveler’s planning and execution, and is the sole low-cost travel facilitator in India. You can check into The Hosteler in Delhi, Kasol, Grahan, Tosh, Kheerganga, and Rishikesh. We are also traveling to many other locations in India. Our diverse business includes both travel experience providers and a chain of backpacker hostels. Our goal is to make genuine memories for all travelers seeking something a little more than a simple holiday. We provide you with the greatest affordable selections as well as an enigmatically gorgeous café with excellent cuisine, music, and atmosphere. Roles & Responsibilities
- Find possible hires via employee recommendations, inventive approaches, and internet channels (such as social media, job boards, professional networks, etc.).
- Review applications and resumes to find eligible applicants
- Hold first interviews to evaluate candidates’ suitability for particular positions.
- Arrange and arrange hiring managers’ interviews.
- Oversee the applicant experience from the first point of contact to the offer stage, making sure that communications are timely and that the organization presents a favorable image.
- Ensure that the applicant tracking system (ATS) is kept up to date with accurate records of all candidate interactions.
