Roles & Responsibilities
- Help the business operations team streamline company registration services and associated procedures.
- Assistance with market prospects, startup trends, and business strategy research and analysis.
- Assist our startup base in finding and recording possible cross-selling opportunities.
- Help with daily operational duties, making sure they are carried out smoothly and that cross-functional teams are coordinated.
- Assist with relationship management and vendor coordination.
- For leadership visibility, keep track of and maintain basic performance indicators, dashboards, and reports.
- Keep up of incorporation and compliance standards and contribute to the development of founders’ knowledge resources.
- As needed by the team, offer general support for all tasks, from data analysis to presentations.

Requirements
- Students seeking an MBA, business, management, or commerce degree, or those who have just graduated.
- Strong interest in India’s incorporation/compliance environment, corporate processes, and startups.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to collaborate with other groups.
- Analytical attitude, ease with data, and familiarity with research.
- proactive, meticulous, and willing to learn.
- PPT/Docs, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Excel are preferred.
