Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee the talent acquisition team’s end-to-end interview scheduling, coordination, and feedback follow-up.
- Oversee HR operations duties.
- Take responsibility for each stage’s turnaround time.
- Follow up with the interview panel and candidates.
- Work together with the TA group.
- Produce or finish the candidates’ pre-offer paperwork.
- Take charge of vendor management and candidate engagement initiatives.
- Manage the process of pre-onboarding documentation.
- Manage and keep up with the ATS.

Stipend: Rs.20,000 – 25,000 / month
