Roles & Responsibilities

Strategic Recruitment: Lead the recruitment process from start to finish for the US and Canada regions, exhibiting thorough planning
Optimized Job Vacancy Placement: Carefully plan and promote job openings through effective channels, placing a focus on cost-effectiveness, quality, and timeliness.
Talent Pool Development: Proactively create a strong talent pool by locating qualified applicants for open positions as well as those that will become available in the future by using both active and passive hunting techniques.
Creative Sourcing Techniques: Continue your investigation to find and suggest fresh resources for hiring talent.
Strategic Networking Utilization: Make liberal use of the resources available on social and professional networking sites to locate and connect with potential talent.
Effective Requisition Management: Ensure that requests and applications are handled according to time constraints and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Data-Driven Insights: Show accountability for data management and MIS reporting while using insights to guide choices.
Business-Critical Recruitment Prioritization: Make sure a strategic approach to talent acquisition is taken by prioritizing and balancing recruitment demands with business criticality.
Open Communication: Provide regular updates on allocated job openings, along with practical guidance and plans to fill positions within predetermined SLAs.
Performance Optimization: Actively participate in improvements to the hiring process by offering frequent comments and thoughts on hiring performance.
Collaborative Agility: Demonstrate your capacity to take feedback in real time and work well with teams involved in talent acquisition.
