Roles & Responsibilities
- Work on hiring, comprehend requisitions, and try to close the position using employment portals, social media, sourcing, and references.
- Work with stakeholders to schedule interviews and close positions within the allotted time frame.
- Hold applicants until they join
- Examine the agency’s shared content and support employer branding
- Construct an engagement calendar and brainstorm staff engagement initiatives.
- Examine and investigate systems for rewards and recognition.
