Roles & Responsibilities
- Encourage and develop new partners in a variety of fields.
- Introduce new hires to Urban Company’s potential while interacting with and onboarding them.
- Get in touch with recommendations to guarantee a smooth joining process.
Requirements
- Earn a degree in any field.
- Manage a high call volume (50–100+ calls per day) while remaining composed and professional under duress.
- Exhibit outstanding written and verbal communication skills, particularly when interacting with blue-collar people. Pay close attention and speak clearly.
- Be extremely meticulous and detail-oriented, consistently recording call statistics, monitoring follow-ups, and setting up meetings.
- Outstanding communication abilities, particularly when interacting with blue-collar employees.

Stipend: Rs.23,000 – 25,000 / month
