Roles & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to learn about their Zycus application/s setups and usage patterns (like sourcing, contract management, supplier management, procurement, etc.)
- Every quarter, provide training to clients on forthcoming changes for new releases.
- Communicate with customers in a proactive manner and fix their problems.
- Manage change and service requests by planning, estimating, and executing them.
- Look for patterns in customer-generated tickets (problems and questions) and attempt to resolve them permanently.
- Work on all areas of customer maintenance, including business process mapping, requirements gathering, process configuration, process documentation, user interface configuration, user/supplier setup, and testing support for an already implemented customer.
- Coordinate with multiple teams from Zycus and the customer side to achieve customer satisfaction by working with the technical account manager to ensure deliverables are on time, increase efficiency, and resolve issues for customers by coordinating with multiple teams from Zycus and the customer side.
Location
Bangalore, Mumbai/ Work from Home till situation improves.
Duration
The Zycus internship will be for a period of 3 months.
Perks
Stipend: Rs.20,000 / month
