Zouk sells wallets, accessories, and purses directly to consumers. We offer them for sale on our website and on websites such as Amazon, Myntra, and others. The brand’s two main tenets are that it is entirely vegan and that it is proudly Indian—not just because we manufacture the goods in our Mumbai facility, but also because of how Indian they feel and look.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Examine resumes and determine whether a candidate is qualified for a position that is open.
- To determine availability and interest, make cold calls to possible prospects.
- Provide the talent acquisition team with the nominated profiles so they may be further assessed.
- When managing candidate information, uphold professionalism and confidentiality.
- As required, assist with different HR and hiring activities.
- Use Excel to update and maintain candidate databases and trackers.
Requirements
- Pursuing or having just finished a degree in business administration, human resources, or a similar discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- At ease making cold calls and interacting with candidates.
- Skilled with Microsoft Excel (data processing, basic formulas, filtering).
- Extremely well-organized and meticulous.
- Self-driven and capable of working both individually and collaboratively.
- A desire to participate and learn in a fast-paced setting.
