Roles & Responsibilities
1. Being a major player in finding and bringing on board delivery partners
2. Finding prospects, contacting and following up with delivery partners, and assisting them with escalations and pre- and post-onboarding problems
3. Organizing campaigns and experimenting with fresh approaches to connect with the largest possible target audience
4. Assisting with employer branding campaigns by disseminating pertinent material, taking part in hiring events, and highlighting the company’s values and culture
5. Giving stakeholders regular updates and briefings on sourcing operations, applicant pipelines, and recruitment metrics
6. Making use of a variety of sourcing strategies, such as internet sourcing, social media recruiting, networking, and referrals, to find and draw applicants

Requirements
- Clear verbal communication in Hindi and English
- Expertise in Data and Google Sheets
- Comfortable with 6 days working
- At ease conducting fieldwork
