Roles & Responsibilities
1. Recruiting and onboarding staff
2. Examining resumes and applications and performing preliminary candidate screenings
3. Arranging and planning interviews between hiring managers and candidates
4. Helping with the paperwork, orientation, and training logistics associated with the onboarding of new hires
5. Managing stakeholders
6. Organizing staff workshops and training sessions
7. Resolving issues from employees
