Roles & Responsibilities
- Help with the creation and publication of job postings on social media and various employment boards.
- Verify that job descriptions are precise, succinct, and draw in the appropriate applicants.
- To find and draw in possible candidates, use a variety of platforms (such as job boards, social media, and career websites at universities).
- Create a shortlist of qualified applicants by screening resumes and applications.
- Do preliminary video or phone interviews to determine the suitability and qualifications of candidates.
- Arrange for recruiting supervisors to be interviewed and oversee the hiring procedure.
