About Yulu Bikes
Yulu is a dockless public smart bike-sharing network with the goal of reducing urban traffic congestion by offering a scalable, economical, efficient, and clean solution for the first mile, final mile, and short commute. Yulu fills the gap that cities’ public transportation systems leave unfilled by offering a clean, inexpensive, and healthy alternative.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Tracker Management:
Create and manage trackers for vendor performance, delivery schedules, PRs, and POs. - Data Analysis & Reporting:
Examine supply chain and procurement data to find patterns, bottlenecks, and areas that need improvement.
Create regular reports and insights that can be put to use for leadership. - Support for Tool Development:
Help draft the Product Requirements Document (PRD) for a unique workflow tool that converts PRs to POs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to collect feature requirements and pain points. - AI & Automation Initiatives:
Examine and suggest methods for incorporating AI/ML technologies to enhance supply chain operations’ demand planning, forecasting, and workflow automation.
Process Improvement: Encourage the pilot deployment of improvement projects, process mapping, and SOP documentation.
Compare industry standards and offer workable changes.
Requirements
- Obtaining a degree in engineering, operations, supply chain management, or a similar discipline.
- Strong background or interest in automation, data science, or AI/ML.
- Competent with Google Sheets and Excel; knowledge of SQL is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Eagerness to operate in a multi-tool, fast-paced setting.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
