Ankit Garg and Chaitanya Ramalingegowda started it with the goal of being India’s most adored home solutions provider. Their ever-growing collection of products includes couches, coffee tables, shoe racks, comforters, sheets, pillows, back cushions, mattresses, pillows, bed frames, mattress protectors, lighting, décor, and much more. Wakefit.co produces every product ourselves.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Source applicants by looking for possible candidates through a variety of sources (internal databases, social media, job boards, etc.).
- Examine resumes and shortlist those that best fit the job requirements.
- Conduct interviews by setting up and carrying out preliminary video or phone interviews.
- Assist in setting up interviews, recruitment events, and other associated activities to help coordinate the hiring process.
- Create and maintain talent pipelines to meet future employment requirements.
- Oversee the candidate experience by making sure that interactions are favorable through prompt feedback and communication.
- Manage data by keeping the applicant tracking system’s (ATS) candidate data current and accurate.

Perks
Stipend: Rs.10,000 – 15,000 / month
