Roles & Responsibilities
- Locating possible applicants via a variety of platforms, such as professional networking, social media, and internet job listings.
- Examining applications and resumes and performing preliminary screenings to find eligible applicants.
- Assessing candidates’ abilities, experience, and cultural fit through a variety of interview modes (such as phone, in-person, and video).
- Collaborating directly with hiring managers to comprehend their unique requirements, create successful recruitment plans, and offer suggestions.
- Overseeing the full recruitment process, from initial sourcing to offer and onboarding, delivering a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Promoting the company’s principles and culture in order to draw in top people and improve the employer’s standing.
- Maintaining precise and current documentation of the hiring procedure, including performance data, recruitment metrics, and candidate information.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in recruitment to improve the hiring process.
Requirements
- The capacity to establish rapport, handle challenging circumstances, and communicate with hiring managers and candidates in an effective manner.
- The capacity to evaluate recruitment statistics, interview performance, and resumes in order to make well-informed decisions.
- The capacity to successfully prioritize, oversee several projects, and adhere to deadlines.
- Familiarity with employment laws and rules that affect recruiting and recruitment.
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and their capabilities to expedite the hiring process.
- Familiarity with several hiring platforms and tactics to efficiently connect with a diverse pool of applicants.

Perks
Stipend: Rs.10,000 – 12,000 / month
