About Vedantu

Our online tutoring platform allows an instructor and a student to connect in real time. Individual and group lessons are available.
A teacher provides individualized instruction utilizing two-way audio, video, and whiteboarding technologies on our platform, allowing both the instructor and the student to see, hear, write, and engage in real-time. Consider it a Skype-like service tailored specifically for schooling. We work with students in grades 6 through 12 and help them prepare for school boards, competitive tests, and extracurricular activities.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Create and maintain job descriptions
- Find possible applicants using a variety of web resources (e.g., social media and professional platforms like Stack Overflow and Behance)
- Create recruitment emails that will entice passive prospects to apply.
- Review all resumes and application forms that come in.
- Conduct phone and video interviews with prospects (mostly via Google Meet)
- Create and distribute homework assignments, as well as numerical, linguistic, and logical thinking assessments.
- Post job opportunities on the company’s career page, social media, job boards, and internally.
- Provide hiring managers with shortlists of qualified individuals.
- Send job offer emails and respond to questions regarding pay and perks.
- Keep track of important HR data including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hiring.
- Collaborate with management to anticipate future recruiting requirements by attending job fairs and hosting in-house recruitment activities.
- Assist new hires with onboarding by acting as a consultant.

This is a Work from Home internship opportunity.
Duration
The Vedantu internship will be for a period of 3 months.

Stipend: Rs.10,000 – 20,000 / month
