Roles & Responsibilities
- Work together with product managers and other interested parties to use data analysis to promote product enhancements.
- Help with the analysis of intricate data to find patterns, trends, and insights that guide product choices
- Assist with putting data gathering and monitoring initiatives into action and validating them while working with the technical and product teams.
- Encourage the development and tracking of important product metrics to assess impact and performance.
- Help create reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analytics to promote business insights.
- Take part in team meetings and review sessions to share findings and pick up tips from cross-functional teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Possessing an undergraduate degree in a related discipline (such as statistics, computer science, engineering, mathematics, or data science) or having just finished one.
- Knowledge of SQL and Excel; practical education or project experience is beneficial.
- It is advantageous to have knowledge of or interest in analytics platforms (like MixPanel and Google Analytics) and data visualization tools (like Tableau and QuickSight).
- Strong aptitude for analysis and problem-solving
- Excellent communication skills and the capacity for teamwork, as well as a willingness to learn, take initiative, and operate in a fast-paced, startup setting
