Ronnie Screwvala, Mayank Kumar, Phalgun Kompalli, and Ravijot Chugh founded upGrad, an Indian online higher education firm, in 2015. The company is the Government of India’s official education partner for the Startup India programme. Working people, college students, and corporations can enrol in online programmes in IT, Data Science, Management, and Technology through the EdTech organisation.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Assist hiring managers in determining staffing needs
2. Establish the criterion for selection
3. Locate possible applicants via internet resources (such as social media sites and business networks).
4. Schedule the selection and interview processes, such as the in-person interviews, evaluations, and screening calls.
5. Use our application tracking system to evaluate candidate data, like as resumes and contact information.
6. Create interview questions and job descriptions that accurately represent the qualifications for each position.
7. Take the lead in employer branding campaigns.
8. Plan and participate in hiring events such as job fairs.
9. Project departmental recruiting needs on a quarterly and annual basis.
10. Establish enduring connections with previous and prospective applicants
